- Salty biscuits(can be square shaped)
- Cucumber
- Carrots
- Watermelon pieces

- Oregano/Salad masala

- Place pieces of biscuits on a plate.
- Cut cucumber slices diametrically half and keep them aside.
- Cut carrot slices in the shape of a flame.
- Cut small pyramidal slices from watermelon and the other fruit you have chosen.
- Spread curd over the biscuits, and sprinkle the masala/oregano on the layer.
- Place cucumber slices horizontally, and the carrot pieces on them.

- Khoya(mawa), a dried evaporated solid
- Condensed milk

- Boil sugar in water in low flame to make sugar syrup(chashni). Add cardamom too.
- Mix khoya, condensed milk. soda and baking powder in a bowl.
- Let the dough harden by setting it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Now make tiny balls out of the dough.
- Deep fry the balls until they are golden brown.
- Once fried, immerse all the balls in the sugar syrup.
- Your gulab jamun is ready to be served!

- Wheat/rice flour

- Mix flour with water and add salt as well.

For crust:
- All-purpose flour(maida)
- Cumin seeds(roasted)
- Salt

For filling:
- Chopped cauliflower, cabbage, carrot
- Mashed potatoes

Procedure:
- Mix all the dry ingredients and mix.
- Add yogurt and knead up. When the dough is prepared, cover it and refrigerate.
- For the filling, add spices and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix up.
- Pour 2 spoonfuls of oil into a pan and heat. Add chopped onions and tomatoes and sauté.
- Add cabbage, cauliflower, and carrot to the potato mix. Add the sautéed veggies to the mix and the filling is ready.
- Take out the dough and roll it to flatten. Cut it to rectangles.
- Pour the filling mixture into half the rectangles and cover them with the leftover rectangular pieces.
- Close the boundaries with a fork or spoon. Deep fry in oil until golden brown. Take them out and garnish them with coriander. Your veggie pies are ready!

Supplies you need:
- Mashed potatoes
- Grated cheese
