In this tutorial, we will learn to make a Love Dreamcatcher using healing Rose Quartz Crystals.
What you need
- Metal hoop or coat hanger
- Lace fabric
- Craft glue
- Pink and white felt
- Neon pink embroidery thread or similar
- Feathers
- Silver beads
- Rose quartz crystal chips
- Pink ribbon
Instructions
Rose quartz is a crystal that helps the love chakra. If you want to know more you can check out this article about Rose Quartz and so you will know why we have used it in this project.
Start by layering the hoop with the lace fabric. We did this by gluing the edges and tucking the fabric into place.
Take the Neon thread and tie three stands to the foot of the hoop. We have glued the Ribbon loop into place at this stage.
Thread your beads and smoothly put them into the thread/cord and glue them so they stay in place.
Cut out two contrasting hearts from felt and stitch those together using thread. You could also just glue them into place if you cannot stitch.
The rose quartz chips are then glued around the edge of the dreamcatcher. I finished off with some crystals in the middle of the hearts also but that is totally optional.
Rose Quartz chips are easily available and can be bought online.
