Paper quilling is a form of art that is done by cutting paper into long thin strips, then the paper strips are formed in different shapes by rolling and pinching the pieces, then adding glue to the shapes together and that will make very decorative art. Paper quilling is often used for decorating cards, gift boxes, gift bags, picture frames, or making 3D stand-alone art pieces, which will make everybody in wonder.
