How to Make Paper Quilling Flowers
Materials:
- Quilling pen.
- Circle sizer.
- Quilling strips.
- Border buddy
- Quilling crimper
- Craft Glue.
Procedure:
First flower:
- Grab a quilling strip and a quilling pen, roll the strip into the quilling pen.
- Pull off the coil after rolling it.
- Put up with a circle sizer, put the coil into a small shape circle.
- Pull the coil out.
- Pertain glue at the top of the strip to properly secure it.
- Take half of a paper quilling strip and a quilling pen, roll the strip into the quilling pen.
- Pull off the coil after rolling it.
- Put up with a circle sizer, put the coil into a smaller shape circle than the previous coil.
- Pull the coil out.
- Pinch one side of the coils, give them a teardrop shape.
- Follow these processes and make four big and small of them. We will need a total of five of these.
- Take all the bigger coils and attach them with glue sidely.
- Take the smaller coils and put them on top of the bigger coils layer with glue.
- The first flower will be done!
Second flower:
- Take a circle shape border buddy and a quilling strip, take the strip and bind it into the first step of the circle shape border buddy.
- After binding it properly attach the tip with glue to the border buddy.
- Pertain glue to the end of the strip to secure it, then pull it out from the border buddy.
- Take the circle shape and pinch it from a side and then bend its tip, which will give it a bend teardrop shape.
- Apply glue inside of the bent teardrop.
- Grab a quilling strip and a quilling pen, roll the strip into the quilling pen.
- After the roll come to the middle of the strip lose it and then do the same with the rest of the part. which will give a curved scroll.
- Put the curved scroll on the shape you made previously.
- Follow these processes and make two of them. We will need a total of three of these. Among them, one will be teardrop and two bent teardrops. ( A teardrop will be done by only pitching one side)
- Take the petals, apply glue on the bottom of the teardrop shape and put the bent teardrops over the sides of it to attach.
- Your second flower shape will be formed!
Third flower:
- Take a quilling crimper and a paper quilling strip, crimp the strip in it.
- Take a quilling pen and the crimped strip, then slowly roll it into the quilling pen.
- Pull off the coil after rolling it.
- Put up with a circle sizer, put the coil into a big shape circle.
- Pull the coil out.
- Pertain glue at the top of the strip to properly secure it.
- Apply on the outside of the coil.
- Take another colour quilling strip and bind it over the coil.
- Pertain glue on the end of the strip to secure it.
- Pinch one side of the whole shape to give it a teardrop shape.
- Follow these processes and make four of them. We will need a total of five of these.
- Take all petals, and stick them together with craft glue sidely.
- Your third flower shape will be formed!
Forth flower:
- Take three different colour paper quilling strips, the size should be 8mm,5mm and 3mm.
- Attach the 8 mm strip on the edge of the 5 mm paper quilling strip with glue.
- Attach the 5 mm strip on the edge of the 3 mm paper quilling strip with glue
- Small cuts throughout the whole strip with a scissor.
- Take the whole strip and a quilling pen, roll the strip into the quilling pen.
- Pull off the coil after rolling it.
- Pertain glue at the end of the strip to properly secure it.
- Take the piece down, push the top to open the finches on both layers.
- Take the quilling pen to give it a shape.
- Your fourth flower shape will be formed!
