Paper quilling may be a sort of art that’s done by cutting paper into long thin strips, then the paper strips are formed in several shapes by rolling and pinching the pieces, then adding glue to the shapes together which can make very decorative art. Paper quilling is usually obtained for illuminating cards, gift packets, gift backpacks, picture racks, or making 3D standalone art pieces, which can bring about everybody in wonder. The benefits of doing this are often the expansion of attention. You can do that to ease your mind and deduct stress. Today you’re getting to make a number of the important flower shapes which are required for quilling. So, follow the method, note the names, and Let’s begin!

How to Make Paper Quilling Flowers

Materials:

  • Quilling pen.
  • Circle sizer.
  • Quilling strips.
  • Border buddy
  • Craft Glue.

Procedure:

First flower:

  • Grab a quilling strip and a quilling pen, roll the strip into the quilling pen.
  • Pull off the coil after rolling it.
  • Put up with a circle sizer, put the coil into a small shape circle.
  • Pull the coil out.
  • Pertain glue at the top of the strip to properly secure it.
  • After the coil is done use your hand and give it a circular motion. It will make an egg shape.
  • Follow these processes and make four of them. We will need a total of five of these.
  • Grab a quilling strip and a quilling pen, roll the strip into the quilling pen.
  • Pull off the coil after rolling it.
  • Grab a circle sizer, put the coil into the most smaller circle shape. 
  • Pull the coil out.
  • Pertain glue at the top of the strip to properly secure it. It will make a tight coil.
  • Take all coils, and stick them together with craft glue sidely and the tight coil in the middle of the petals.
  • The first flower will be done!

Second flower:

  • Take a circle shape border buddy and two different colours quilling strips, take one strip and bind them into the circle shape border buddy.
  • After binding it properly attach the tip with glue to the border buddy and bind it into the bottom of it.
  • Pertain glue to the end of the strip to secure it, then pull it out from the border buddy.
  • Take the circle shape strip and pinch the three sides of it. It will give a curved triangle shape.
  • Apply glue inside of the triangle.
  • Grab a quilling strip and a quilling pen, roll the strip into the quilling pen.
  • After the roll come to the middle of the strip lose it and then do the same with the rest of the part. which will give a curved scroll.
  • Put the curved scroll on the shape you made previously.
  • Follow these processes and make four of them. We will need a total of five of these.
  • Take all petals, and stick them together with craft glue sidely.
  • Your second flower shape will be formed!

Third flower:

  • Grab a quilling strip and some quilling pen, roll the strip into the quilling pen.
  • Pull off the coils after rolling them.
  • Put up with a circle sizer, put the coils into a small shape and big circles.
  • Pull the coils out.
  • Pertain glue at the top of the strip to properly secure it. That will give two big coils and one small coil.
  • Take the big coils and pinch one side of them to give a teardrop shape. Then bend their tips that will create bend teardrop.
  • Take the small coil and pinch both sides of it. That will make a marque shape.
  • Take the shapes, attach the marque in between both sides of the bend teardrops with glue.
  • Apply glue on the outside of the shape, take another colour strip and bind with them.
  • Pertain glue to the end of the strip to secure it.
  • Follow these processes and make four of them. We will need a total of five of these.
  • Take all petals, and stick them together with craft glue sidely.
  • Your third flower shape will be formed!

Forth flower:

  • Take two different colour paper quilling strips, then take one and fold from the middle. And torn the parts.
  • Then take a piece and a quilling coil, roll the strip into the quilling pen.
  • Pull off the coil after rolling it.
  • Put up with a circle sizer, put the piece into a small shape circle.
  • Pull the coils out.
  • Pertain glue to the end of the strip to secure it.
  • Pinch one side of it to give it a teardrop shape.
  • Do the same with the other piece.
  • Attach the two teardrop shapes with glue.
  • Apply glue on the outside of the shape, take another colour strip and bind with them. And pinch both sides of the whole.
  • Pertain glue to the end of the strip to secure it.
  • Follow these processes and make four of them. We will need a total of five of these.
  • Take all petals, and stick them together with craft glue sidely.
  • Your fourth flower shape will be formed!
