Here is nice way to make pumpkin luminaries from soda bottle.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 710px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter snax-figure\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"460\" height=\"307\" src=\"http:\/\/community.k4craft.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/plastic-pumpkin-luminaries.jpg\" class=\"aligncenter snax-figure-content attachment-large size-large\" alt=\"plastic-pumpkin-luminaries\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><a rel=\"nofollow\" class=\"snax-figure-source\" href=\"http:\/\/www.favecrafts.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.favecrafts.com\/<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Materials:<\/h3>\n<p>Krylon Fusion for Plastic &#8211; Pumpkin (Safety)<\/p>\n<p>Krylon Fusion for Plastic &#8211; Sunbeam (#2330)<\/p>\n<p>Two 2-liter empty plastic soda bottles<\/p>\n<p>Con-Tact Paper<\/p>\n<p>Scissors<\/p>\n<p>Xacto knife<\/p>\n<p>Adhesive remover<\/p>\n<p>2 candles<\/p>\n<p>Sand<\/p>\n<p>Paper towels<\/p>\n<p>Newspaper<\/p>\n<p>Rubber Gloves (optional)<\/p>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<p>Peel label from empty plastic soda bottle. Use adhesive remover and a paper towel to remove any residue.<\/p>\n<p>Wash soda bottles thoroughly; let dry completely.<\/p>\n<p>Using Xacto knife, carefully cut off top of bottle. Cut a half-circle out of the back, near the bottom; this will make it easier to add the sand and the candle.<\/p>\n<p>Draw facial features on contact paper and cut out. Adhere features to the soda bottle, being careful to firmly seal edges with fingernail.<\/p>\n<p>Cover work area with newspaper. Spray soda bottles with Krylon Fusion \u2013 one with Pumpkin Orange and the other with Sunbeam. Let dry for 3 hours.<\/p>\n<p>When completely dry, carefully peel off contact paper features. (Note: Krylon Fusion will be dry to touch after 15 minutes but should be allowed to cure for at least 24 hours before the luminaries are put into service.)<\/p>\n<p>Add sand to base for weight and insert candle.
